My name is Alicia and I'm a Digital Illustrator living in New Jersey. 

 

Through my drawings I aim to express my love of nature, food, and most importantly imagination.

I've always been the type to fill up the empty spaces on a page with random sketches. But It wasn't until 2020 that I started to take drawing more seriously and really tapped into that side of myself.

 

Like most people during the pandemic - other than the heroic essential workers (thank you) - I had more free time than I knew what to do with. I was one of many people who were furloughed and eventually laid off from my corporate job, with no hopes of getting hired during the long-winded shutdown. After binge-watching everything on Netflix and Hulu, my mind was in need of an escape from the television set.

 

At that point I put down my remote, dusted off my sketchbook, and reconnected with the right side of my brain.
